My question is about Freshsales & Freshsales Suite domains.
Are both https://*.freshworks.com
and https://*.myfreshworks.com
still used for API access?
We noticed repeating issue where users with accounts on *.freshworks.com domain can not connect to the REST services. Calls like GET https://someaccount.freshworks.com/crm/sales/api/contacts/filters return some kind of HTML with Javascript attached code.
