Forms pre filled for various incidents

Can you please add multiple Forms pre-filled for users not just agents to reduce errors and make the user experience better.
Eg: User logs in and picks Inc to report. His id is linked to group/department which should be auto populated instead of a drop down list.
Or
Off-boarding - should have a separate portal option to help managers fill out easily, check boxes for laptop, tablet, iphone and such.
Converting an SR to PO directly from the Ticket portal.
