How to get a conversations based on phone number in Freshchat?

Is there any way to get conv list based on phone number using REST API in Freshchat?

Hello @soujanya,

There’s no direct way to conversations information based on direct Phone Number.

  1. You can use, Freshchat REST APIs.
  2. But, you can retrieve conversation information via conversation_id

I will also take this as a feature request to the product teams to prioritize if such API can be added.
