We have a scenario when the ticket gets closed, the custom app will send the close ticket notification using the reply API, but we also need to send the satisfaction survey along with it. Could you please let us know how this can be achieved using the API?
As far as my understanding is, there is no API to send satisfaction survey, however you can achieve this by using one of the following method:
- Check the first option in your satisfaction survey
So whenever a ticket is closed, a survey will be sent.
- Use automation rules for tickets update. Set up a new rule, that whenever a ticket is closed, send an email to requester. Add “satisfaction survey” placeholder in your ticket body.
