My name is Ryan Schafer and I work for an Identity Provider called Ping Identity. I initiated a free trial in an attempt to create a standard SSO integration and I was able to successfully set one up. As a second part of this process, I created a configuration guide that outlines step-by-step how to set up the process between Ping and Freshworks. I am checking to see if there is anyone on the Freshworks side, maybe through a documentation/technical team that could review and confirm that the configuration guide that I created is accurate?
Once done, my goal is to house that configuration guide on Ping Identities integration directory and also as part of Freshworks SSO documentation. Let me know if this needs to be done through a partnership request.
